If there is no connection to the Swisscom Smart Switch, follow these steps: After each step, check whether the fault has been rectified.
- Close the Home App completely and open it again
- Disconnect Swisscom Smart Switch from the power supply for at least 2 seconds (plugging and unplugging)
- Rstart the Internet box
- Reset Swisscom Smart Switch: Press and hold the key on the side for at least 15 seconds until the LED flashes quickly in white. Then please add the Smart Switch again in the Home App.
