However, you can try to solve the problem now. To do this, reset the Internet Box (button on the back/bottom of your Internet Box). More information and instructions on the specific Internet Box models can be found here.
If you still receive the error message after that, please submit a support request. This is best done directly from the app in the tab "Help" and then click on "Help Home App".
