If you don't receive push notifications from Logitech Circle, follow these steps: After each step, check to see if the problem has been fixed.
- Check whether the smartphone or tablet is connected to the Internet.
- In the Home App, under "Smart Home" tab > "Logitech Circle" > "Settings", turn on the "Surveillance notifications" switch.
- In the Home App under "Smart Home" tab > "Logitech Circle" switch on the "Surveillance" switch.
- Under iOS: "Settings" > "Messages" > "Home App" activate the "Allow messages" button.
