If one or more devices are not showing in the devices list, follow these steps: Check after every step if the problem is resolved.
- Completely close the Home App and open it again
- Login to the Swisscom webportal and check in the menu «Network» > «Device List» if the device is visible
- Check, if the smartphone or tablet is connected to the home WLAN
- Restart smartphone or tablet
- Restart the Internet-Box
- Reset the Internet-Box
