The message «Please wait...» appears in the following case:
- The Home App is connected to the home WLAN
- The connection to one or more devices has failed
To fix the problem «Please wait...», follow these steps: Check after every step if the problem is resolved.
- Completely close Home App and open it again
- Turn the WLAN on the smartphone or tablet off and on
- Logout and login again to the Home App
- Restart the Internet-Box
- Turn affected smart home devices off and on again
- Reset affected smart home devices and pair them again
