If myStrom devices lost connection to the Home App, follow these steps: Check after every step if the problem is resolved.
- Completely close the Home App and open it again
- Unplug the myStrom device for at least 2 seconds
- Reset the Internet-Box
- Resetting myStrom Devices:
- myStrom Switch: Press and hold the «+» button for 10 seconds
- myStrom Bulb: Turn the Bulb 5x off and on. The WiFi Bulb must be turned on for at least 2 seconds before it is turned off again.
