If you don't get push notifications on movement, follow these steps: Check after every step if the problem is resolved.
- Make sure that your smartphone or tablet is connected to the internet
- In the Home App «Smart Home» tab > «QBee» set the switch «Surveillance» to «On»
- In the Home App «Smart Home» tab «QBee» > «Settings» set switch «Surveillance Notifications» to «On»
- Under iOS: "Settings" > "Notifications" > "Home App" activate the "Allow Notifications" button
