Check whether the Smart Home device is actually connected to the internet box (in your app at "Internet" -> "Internet-Box" -> "Device List" or in the web interface of your Internet-Box http://internetbox.home). Close the app (and all background activities), reboot the relevant Smart Home devices and try again. If this doesn't work, reboot your internet box.
