Update for Home App outage - Sat, 24.10.:

For most affected Home App users, the bug has been fixed. We expect that the Home App will work again for all by Monday.

Partial Home App outage:

The Home App is temporarily unable to connect to the Swisscom server for some users. For affected customers, connected devices are currently not displayed in the Home App. A new Home App installation or an Internet-Box reset are not necessary. As soon as the problem is resolved, the devices will automatically become visible again. The error recovery has already been initiated. We will inform you as soon as the Home App Service is available again. In the meantime, you can continue to use your devices with the manufacturer apps.
