Update on the Home App malfunction - Mon, 26.10:

For affected users of the Home App the error has been fixed. The previously added devices should now all be visible and usable again. If this is not the case, please perform an Internet Box Restart. If this does not lead to the desired success either, please send a short message to our Home App Team here:

Partial Home App outage:

The Home App is temporarily unable to connect to the Swisscom server for some users. For affected customers, connected devices are currently not displayed in the Home App. A new Home App installation or an Internet-Box reset are not necessary. As soon as the problem is resolved, the devices will automatically become visible again. The error recovery has already been initiated. We will inform you as soon as the Home App Service is available again. In the meantime, you can continue to use your devices with the manufacturer apps.
