There is currently a problem with the Gigaset Elements integration in the Swisscom Home App. Currently it is no longer possible to use Gigaset Elements with the Swisscom Home App. We are working hard to solve the problem. You can solve the problem yourself by simply restarting your Internet box (switching it off and on). Otherwise, please use the Gigaset Elements App in the meantime.
